As we embark upon the 12th Annual Spirit of Giving, we thank those of you who volunteered of your time and donated to support our efforts! We invite you to collaborate with us again!
Spirit of Giving
The Spirit of Giving began in 2012 when Wynne Community Volunteers came together to host a Thanksgiving Dinner at E.U. DeShay Park Gym for those who were in need of a homecooked Thanksgiving meal! Over the years the event grew into what it is today! The homecooked meal was formed with community cooks who loved to provide their famous dishes, served by volunteers of Wynne, many who returned home for this day, residents who had to work that day, had nowhere else to go, or those who simply wanted to enjoy the fellowship with others, without the pressure, joined together for a meal. When the COVID-19 Pandemic hit, we pivoted to giving away Resource Boxes for the community to pick up the Saturday before Thanksgiving to be able to have the resources needed to prepare meals at home. We rely solely on donations from the community to make this happen.
K Scott Consults, LLC organizes this event through Atmosphere Changers, Inc. Board Secretary and Event Coordinator, Keneasha Scott. We ensure the event is organized and managed, executed safely and efficiently, and ensures the volunteers experience the joy in the Spirit of Giving! While changing the Atmosphere in our hometown of Wynne, Arkansas, this event demonstrates the true spirit of Wynne! There is a great Spirit in Giving!! Giving is Contagious!! Join us!!

After the March 31st tornado struck both the E.U. DeShay Park and First Baptist Banquet Hall, we are thankful for Union Valley M.B. Church for offering their facility for the distribution!
